The most common charges we defend against are:
- DUI

- Hit and Run
- Shoplifting
- Vandalism
- Battery
- Solicitation for Prostitution (very common and highly enforced)
A lot of these charges are crimes of moral character which could have major immigration consequences.
Solicitation for Prostitution in Anaheim
Anaheim has ramped up so-called “cleanup” efforts along Beach Boulevard and nearby areas, often relying on aggressive enforcement tactics. Police routinely stop vehicles based on minimal suspicion for allegedly picking up pedestrians and conduct sting operations where individuals are arrested after interactions with undercover officers posing as sex workers. These operations frequently raise concerns about entrapment, overreach, and violations of constitutional rights.
Criminal Charges in Disneyland
We represent many clients who have been arrested at or near Disneyland for offenses such as public intoxication, shoplifting, theft, trespassing, battery, fraud, and possession of drugs or paraphernalia. Disneyland typically pushes for prosecution in these cases, making even minor incidents potentially serious. The best advice is to leave anger, weapons, drugs, alcohol, and anything that doesn’t belong to you at home. If you are arrested, assert your right to remain silent and ask to speak with a lawyer immediately.
What Should I Do After a DUI Arrest in Anaheim?
- Call a local and experienced DUI attorney.
- Do not speak with or give statements to the police or district attorney’s office without a lawyer present.
- Ask for a lawyer if you are still on the scene without being combative.
- Call the DMV within 10 days to request your administrative per se hearing or there will be a suspension of your license. We can assist you with setting up the Administrative Per Se hearing at DMV and representing you on that hearing.
- Get SR22 insurance.
DUI charges are usually a misdemeanor, but they can have devastating consequences for your employment, school, or immigration situations. Do not take a chance–hire an experienced DUI lawyer in Orange County to handle your matter.
How do I get my license back after a DUI in Anaheim?
Normally the officers will take your driver’s license and give you a temporary 30-day license via a pink sheet of paper. In order to get another one longer than the 30-day temporary license, you will have to call the DMV within 10 days of your arrest and ask for an APS hearing (administrative per se hearing). This will grant you another temporary license up until the APS hearing date. A skilled defense attorney can help guide you with this process in order to minimize your suspension period.
