Includes warrant recalls. Expungements and probation violation hearings are separate.

*If there is more than one count charged and/or there is a probation violation issue or it’s a DUI case with APS hearing, the legal fee rate could be higher.

Felony Cases

* Serious cases will be more. Multiple counts and probation violations will also increase the legal fee rate.

Consultations and Case Evaluations

Case evaluations are free for the first 15 minutes, but any legal advice will be deemed consultation. Consultations include legal advice which are the services I provide. Thus, we charge a nominal fee for our information and time, unless we are hired to represent you. If attorney is ultimately hired, the consultation fee will be credited to attorney fees. Thus, free consultation for having hired us.
